Point to Port Walk
One of the best short coastal walks in Australia, this guided walk takes you from Gantheaume Point at the Southern end of Cable Beach, along Reddel Beach finishing at the Broome Jetty. Experience some of Broome's more remote and wild coastline and discover the ecology of the intertidal environment. Take the first bus out to Gantheaume Point where you will meet your Guide for the walk.

- Tour Inclusions
Tour price includes town and Cable Beach drop off, friendly guides, access to binoculars and interpretive books, cool drinks and beach snacks. Tour does not include Pickup. You need to catch the first town bus (from 7:25am) out to Gantheaume Point ($3.00 fare to driver)
Tour Highlights
The huge tidal environment is the main highlight of this trip with a wide range of migratory bird life and glimpses of marine life in the ocean. The intricate tracks of the sand bubbler crab, through to the vivid colours in the landscape, this walk has something for everyone. Discover the best of Broome's coastline visiting the spectacular Gantheaume Point, Anastasia's Pool, Lighthouse, osprey nest and ancient Dinosaur footprints. Walk the weathered clifftops towards Redell Beach checking out the blowholes, migratory birds and marine life below.
Continue along this isolated and wild part of Broome's coastline before finishing at the Port of Pearls an Broome Jetty. At the Port area courtesy transport will return you to your broome accommodation.
- What To Bring
Bring along some shoes or sturdy reef sandles (no thongs), hat, sunscreen, 1-2 litres of water and a camera.
- Departure Times & Duration
The walk is 5.5km long and operates from Monday to Friday between 8am - 10.30am. Operates April - October.
